Flooring!

All the carpet went in this past week. We have our final walk-thru tomorrow and then we close on the house July 2nd. Woohooo!! We are homeowners in 6 days!!!!

Painting and Cabinets

Hey All ... well, the house is still on schedual and we are looking at closing the first week of July. The front door, kitchen cabinets, fireplace front, and the painting has all been completed!! :D Enjoy the pics!

This next week the QC inspection will be done on all the painting and interior trim. At the end of the week, all the flooring should be in!!! :) :) :)

The siding has been put on the back and one side of the house. It should be completely finished by the end of this week.

WOOOHOOOOOOOOO!! It's coming along!!! We have 25 working days till we close. We are on schedule!!!

Windows & Doors

The house had its Quality Control Inspection on it this week. There were a few corrections but things seem to be moving along. The windows and outside doors have been put on and they worked on the roof some. No shingles yet but they are coming next week. The fireplace duct work has been put in as well. Framing!

Well, we went away on vacation for one week and our house was framed by the time we got back! The framing is almost completely done and the first QC inspection will be done this week. Here are a few pictures! :D
